Please pray for me. Last year I changed careers and I haven't been able to stay on my feet. The challenges of this new job keeps me down and depressed. I recently got married and my husband lost his job today. We are behind on our mortage and other bills. I'm praying every second, minute, and hour of the day. Yet, sometimes I don't think I'm praying right! I feel like I'm going to loose my mind! Why is this happening too me?

Father, I pray for this family who have entered a time of testing. As this couple faces financial goliath's, give them the strength to overcome the giants they face. I understand the issue's this couple faces as satan tries to destroy this family, remembering the same storm I have faced myself just 4 years ago. Heal them and restore them as they build their love and service to you. Amen

One of the biggest lessons I learned is God does restore. I leaned heavely on two scriptures. Romans 12:1-2 Offer your self as a living sacrifice for the worship and Glory of God. 2nd Seek his will and not the pattern of the world.

Be willing to serve others, even though you are going through a hard time. Thank God for everything he has given you and done for you and not concentrate on the storm you face. Your not praying wrong, you just need to release all of your burdens to God and trust him in total faith.

I join in your prayer circle and together we will bring solutions to your problems. The two of us joined together will receive the blessings from Matthew 18:19 “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.”

Melinda, await your blessings that will soon arrive. Let nothing deter your faith. You are "praying right". The prayer is the seed and you only need water it with faith so that it can grow.

Dear God, I join with Melinda in praying for solutions to her problems. I have gone through similar experiences in my life, and right now many are experiencing hardship and financial disappointment, along with dissatisfaction with our jobs. These are trying times, God. So I pray that this prayer circle go out to embrace everyone who is having difficulties similar to Melinda. In joining together, let light shine upon these dark areas of our lives. Amen.
P.S. Melinda, I think you are praying right! I think there is no chance that God isn't aware of your situation, and steadfast in His Love for you. But I know that sometimes it does seem like nobody "upstairs" is paying attention. But if an infinitely fallible human like me can hear your situation and feel compassion, just imagine how much greater is the Love, Attention and Compassion of He who is my source, and yours. I am praying for a miracle for you.
