Forgiveness

Dear God, most of Your children who come to this site come in earnestness, and with open hearts. Many come to You in pain, but having faith in the power of prayer. But it saddens me that anyone would come to this site with the intention to deceive and take advantage of others. God, I cannot understand the mind of someone who is so lost, so far from Your love, that they would use a site like this to harm and deceive. But I know that we are all Your children. Therefore, please help me to know and exhibit the forgiveness of Christ, so I can feel compassion for those who "know not what they do".

Our Father,
Though the money changers use modern ways of invading God's space, they still exist. Little did they realize that you have made your children wise to the way of the world. We know that there are those who seek to take advantage of caring and loving people. We are called to be loving and giving. We are called to care for the hurting like the widows and orphans. Yet, we do so with open eyes and hearts.

May those who try to deceive, may their dark ways be seen through your bright light. May their attempts to take advantage of others fail.

Yet, may they come to see that you are the way, and the truth, and the life and that no one may come to the Father except through you.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

I thank you for godly men who take their role to lead, guide and protect seriously. May they be blessed for their courage and insight.

Father God, it is no accident that this person came to this site, a site dedicated to prayer. This person who came to deceive is in obvious need of prayer. You can take all circumstances and use them for Your plans.

As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:9 (NIV)

Like Andrew, I chose to forgive, and ask that Your hand of mercy be shown. Lord show your power in this person's life, show them how real Your love is. I ask this in our Saviour's name , Jesus. Amen
