Almighty Father in heaven,
Thank You, Lord, for teachers like Shanna and her compassionate heart. Please bless them as You promised: “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons [AND DAUGHTERS] of God.” [Matthew 5:7-9]
In schools today the ‘wisdom’ of men have banished prayers, the Bible, the Ten Commandments and all your righteous precepts; they teach sexual permissiveness, honoring the beliefs of atheists and cults -- which are in the minority -- at the expense of Christian beliefs, the majority. They teach the THEORY of Evolution and life as a result of blind random chance, while despising the Intelligence of Your creation. They teach the supremacy of the youth’s sexual preferences and appetites over the glory of Your holy gift. They teach the youth to forget You, Almighty God. Is it any wonder that many young people have lost lives and limbs through violence, drugs, suicide, teenage pregnancies, venereal diseases, and despair?
Please abundantly bless teachers like Shanna in the work they do. They have not forgotten You, Your Love and Your Holiness! They lead their students to You. “But Jesus called for them, saying, ‘Permit the children to come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.’” [Luke 18:16] They teach them to develop “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control”, the fruits of Your Holy Spirit. [Galatians 5:22-23] They --
“Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.” [Proverbs 22:6]
Please strengthen teaches like Shanna with the Holy Spirit, our Teacher, Helper and Advocate. Let them be warned and be prepared for possible persecution out of envy, ignorance, perversion inspired by the god of this world. “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. REJOICE AND BE EXCEEDINGLY GLAD, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” [Matthew 5:10-12] Arm them Lord as in Ephesians 6:10-18 for the spiritual battles that lie ahead.
“And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.” [Matthew 6:13]

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
