Dear Lord, I thank you for joining my husband-to-be and myself together. Truly, You have answered our prayers. For the past several years, I felt that no man would be good enough for my son and I, until I met my lifetime soul-mate. I pray for the many single mother's and father's who may be suffering from lonliness and a brokenheart, please restore in them hope, faith and above all, love. In Jesus' name, Amen!

My wife has filed for
divorce and I do not want this. I love my wife very much. We have been
seperated since May, and in the last 2 months she has started seeing
someone else. I have given my life over to God, what she always wanted
from me and she says that is still not enough. She has been a good
christian example to me over the years. I have not been a good husband to
her. I have been verbally abusive adn have not shown her the affection
that she needs. I also was an alcoholic and marijuana user but I have
not used either of thes in two years.I know that God is the only one
that can save my marriage and I ask for your prayers. My wife's name is
Amy. Please pray for our marriage to be healed and restored. Thank
you!

Our Father in heaven, Father of Lights and Love!

We offer in praise and thanksgiving this psalm to You. “Sing to God, sing praises to His name, cast up a highway for Him Who rides through the deserts--His name is the Lord--be in high spirits and glory before Him! A FATHER OF THE FATHERLESS AND A JUDGE AND PROTECTOR OF THE WIDOWS is God in His holy habitation. God places the solitary in families and gives the desolate a home in which to dwell;” [Psalm 68:4-6]

We glorify You for the holy gift of love by which You have blessed our earthly lives. It is wonderful and amazing to find love again even after losing once. “Many waters cannot quench love, nor can the floods drown it.” [Song of Solomon 8:7]

We dedicate to You all the children You have entrusted to us and created by You from the love that we give and take from each other. Please let Your Holy Spirit teach and guide us in raising them to be pleasing in Your eyes and heart. Let us follow the counsel You gave Moses: "And these words which I command you today SHALL BE IN YOUR HEART. You shall TEACH THEM DILIGENTLY TO YOUR CHILDREN, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up" Deuteronomy 6:6–7]

Let Your Holy Spirit keep Jesus’ words foremost in our minds: “"Permit THE CHILDREN TO COME TO ME, and do not hinder them, FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD BELONGS TO SUCH AS THESE.” [Luke 18:16]

May the Lord Jesus be always the Lord of this marriage and this family.
