That's great. I know there are many people who are needing strength in this area of weight control. Arm them with the knowledge they need to conquer this problem. May the Lord hear and answer all their prayers. Amen.

Lord please help me to recover from this past few days, i have gotten off track a little but still continue to go on knowing that i must. please Lord take authority over my food choices and help me to have the determination and committment to exercise. Lord when i exercise i pray that you would give me the strength and endurance to do what i must. i pray that you would meet me there Lord , please run through my body take control over my metabolism, take control of every muscle and use them to let these pounds come off, in the mighty name of Jesus. oh yes Lord i pray that you would allow me to lose another few pounds this week i pray that as soon as i jump back on track this morning that you would honor it and let the weight fall off, thank you Lord, i love You! in the mighty name of Jesus, amen!

Lord i pray that you will give us ladies a desire and hope like never before. Lord we come before you believing that you can help us to be successful at everything we do. we believe that you can heal us and change us so that we aren't in bondage of ourselves anymore. Lord you are the doctor, you are our maker, without you we are nothing. please Lord let there be unity within this circle, let love flow within the links of this circle, help each and everyone one of us commit to the circle despite how busy we get. in the mighty name of Jesus Amen.
