Prayer Request

Please pray for me, and for my boss. Things are not going well with her, and it is putting a strain on all of us. She is a nice person, but she is starting to take her anger out on us, and I had to call in sick.

Dear Lord, we know that You call to us in every situation; help us to hear Your voice. We live in a world with many false ideas and self-serving teachers. Sometimes its hard to know what's right. Keep us focused on the one who gave His life for us. As we see others living through hard times, that we cannot break through to help carry their burden, let them know that You can carry them and the burden, help them turn to You dear Lord, You know the problem here better then we ever will, and you also know the answer, help the one who needs the answer to remember to turn to You for only then can she receive the piece that she is so seeking, we pray this prayer in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, amen.

Our Sovereign Father in heaven!

Thank You, Lord; You have “not given us a spirit of fear, but of POWER and OF LOVE and of a SOUND MIND.” [2 Timothy 1:7] Thank You for Your salvation, for the love of our Church family, and our love for our family; for our health, jobs and daily bread, both spiritual and material bread.

Our minds are perfectly healthy because You have liberated us from all depression, guilt, and hopelessness. We are secure about tomorrow; confident that You will always protect and provide for us, supplying all that we need according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. [Philippians 4:19]

Please teach us to use the Christian power you have given us; power that comes from the fact that we are new creations, that new things have come ; that we are becoming the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus [2 Corinthians 5:17, 21]; that in all things we are more than conquerors through Jesus who loved us [Romans 8:37]; that Jesus gave to His followers whom He sends to the world power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease [Matthew 10:1]; resurrection power! [IF WE BELIEVE WITH ALL OUR HEARTS.] “For assuredly, I [JESUS] say to you, WHOEVER SAYS TO THIS MOUNTAIN, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and DOES NOT DOUBT IN HIS HEART, BUT BELIEVES THAT THOSE THINGS HE SAYS WILL BE DONE, he will have whatever he says.” [Mark 11:23]

Please teach us also to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” [John 13:34-35] Please let us see that anyone who is hurting, who needs the help of prayer, anyone for whom things are not going so well, he or she is our neighbor.

Please let Your Holy Spirit and our new identity in Christ give us the boldness to speak -- boldly but with clarity and humility – of the love of Christ for our neighbor. Let us share with gladness and witness truthfully of the peace that is waiting in His open arms. “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I WILL GIVE YOU REST.” [Matthew 11:28]
I believe for everyone who goes astray, someone will come, to show the way!
